  1. Monday: Lunch with Thai baby potato, mini thai lettuce, fish pananggai, crab fruit. Dinner with Baked potato with foil, mini nachos, beef fajitas & fruit
  2. Tuesday: Lunch with brown rice, steamed kailan with garlic, crispy chicken charsiu, fruit. Dinner with briyani rice, taboulli salad, moroccan fish kare, fruit
  3. Wednesday: Lunch with nasi bakar, boiled vegetables, sate lilit bali, fruit. Dinner with potato skin, salmon vegetables salad, baked fish tomato pesto sc, fruit.
  4. Thursday: Lunch with chinese fried rice, stir fried broccoli with garlic, beef blackpepper, fruit. Dinner with, spaghetti aglio olio, vegetables oriental salad, stir chicken orange sauce ,fruit
  5. Fiday: Lunch with hainam rice, sauted mix mushroom, steam fish ginger and shallot, fruit. Dinner with brown rice, gado gago, ayam bakar taliwang, fruit.
